Every 24 months
Transponder Inspection – must have been tested within the last 24
calendar months. 91.413(a)
Every 12 months
Annual Inspection – Must have been completed within the last 12
calendar months.  91.401(a)1
Emergency Locater Transmitter – ELT battery must be in date
(check a/c logbook for the replacement date).  Battery must be
replaced if it is used for more than 1 hour or if ½ of its useful life
has passed.  91.207(c)
Every 100 hours
100 Hour Inspection – Must have been completed within the last
100 hours of tachometer time if the a/c is for hire or provided by the
flight instructor for the student.  (May be exceeded by 10 hours only
to fly to an airport where maintenance can be performed).  91.401
